Mayor WES Gatchalian, who led the much-anticipated mass wedding ceremony and extended his warm greeting, believes that Kasalang Bayan is more than just a wedding event, but it also embodies the city government’s steadfast commitment to nurturing strong, stable families as the foundation of a progressive society.
