Umali, and the members of the City Council led the groundbreaking and capsule laying ceremony of the Valenzuela City Emergency Hospital (VCEH) Multi-Level Parking Building, Out-Patient Department Annex Building, and the rehabilitation of the Main Hospital, Monday, June 6, 2023, at Barangay Dalandanan.
The rehabilitation and upgrading of this hospital are for the benefit of every #PamilyangValenzuelano, who will soon use the cutting-edge facilities of the city-run emergency hospital.

This 2-storey central kitchen facility with a total area of 1,315 square meters will house the following: main kitchen, cold storage, dry storage, general supplies storage, administrative office, loading bay, parking area, generator room, pump room, LPG room, temporary waste holding area, food preparation room, packaging room, and a staging area that will be used to boost the Enhanced Citywide School Feeding Program, which is part of the Education 360 Investment program that aims to uplift the quality of education in the City.
