As part of Dr. Pio Valenzuela’s 149th Birth Anniversary celebration, City Mayor REX Gatchalian leads city and barangay officials in inaugurating the new 3S Center Pasolo – The City Hall Annex in Barangay Pasolo, Valenzuela City, July 10, 2018. The three-storey structure, 14th of its kind, houses the new barangay office, a day care center, a health center, a tanod outpost, Alternative Learning System room and a multi-purpose hall.
