With an adjectival average rating of 98.88%, Valenzuela City's Peace and Order Council showcased a remarkable commitment to maintaining public safety and security.

• Ideal Functional Rating - 2023 Local Committee on Anti-Trafficking and Violence Against Women and their Children (LCAT-VAWC)

Setting the bar high, the LCAT-VAWC achieved an adjectival average rating of 103%, demonstrating an exceptional dedication to combating trafficking and violence against women and children in the city.

• 1st Runner-Up - 2023 Local Legislative Award, 8th City Council of Valenzuela City

The 8th City Council of Valenzuela City secured the 1st Runner-Up position, reflecting its outstanding contributions to local legislation and governance.

• High Functional Rating - 2023 Anti-Drug Abuse Council Performance Audit for the Highly Urbanized City Category

Scoring an adjectival average rating of 85%, the Anti-Drug Abuse Council showcased Valenzuela City's commitment to combating drug abuse.

• Ideal Functional Rating - 2023 Local Council for the Protection of Children Functionality Audit

With an adjectival average rating of 97.71%, the Local Council for the Protection of Children underscored the city's dedication to ensuring the welfare and protection of its young residents.

• Plaque of Recognition for ensuring the effective implementation of the Manila Bay Clean-up, Rehabilitation, and Preservation Program (MBCRPP)
