Executive Order No. 2020-056
An executive order requiring all establishments, government offices, barangays, hospitals, schools, public transport and terminals and other institutions to implement the precautionary measures to prevent transmission of COVID-19 in Valenzuela City.

Executive Order No. 2020-057
Mandating the immediate temporary closure of all basketball courts, pools, clubhouse, multi-purpose halls of all Homeowner’s Association or private subdivisions and all other similar place in the City of Valenzuela including all other necessary actions justified under the law, rules and regulations, to prevent the spread of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in the City of Valenzuela.

Executive Order No. 2020-058
An executive order restricting minors and students from entering computer rental shops, arcades, and gaming lounges in the City of Valenzuela from 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM and prohibiting said establishments from allowing minors and students entry therein until the proclamation declaring a state of public emergency is lifted, as precautionary measure to prevent and contain transmission of coronavirus disease (COVID-19).

Executive Order No. 2020-059
Mandating the cancellation of all mass weddings during the declared community quarantine period, providing exceptions and for other purposes, to manage the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic in the City of Valenzuela.

Executive Order No. 2020-061
Mandating the immediate closure of all city parks, city and barangay-operated basketball courts, and 3S Plus Center function rooms, as well as regulating the use of City Government facilities for gatherings, meetings, and related purposes, including all other necessary actions justified under the law, rules and regulations, to prevent the spread of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in the City of Valenzuela.

Executive Order No. 2020-062
Implementing the temporary restriction on all forms of gaming, betting, or gambling activities until the proclamation declaring a State of Public Health Emergency is lifted in order to reduce the risk of transmission of COVID-19.

Executive Order No. 2020-063
Implementing the temporary suspension of the franchise to operate cockpit arena of Sanal Amusement Corporation in the City of Valenzuela until the proclamation declaring a State of Public Health Emergency is lifted in order to reduce the risk of transmission of COVID-19.

Executive Order No. 2020-069
An Executive Order encouraging students in Valenzuela City to stay home and refrain from going to crowded places and other social gatherings to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and ensure their safety and well-being.

Executive Order No. 2020-070
An executive order directing all registered private companies/business establishments in Valenzuela City to act within the bounds of law and strictly comply with the lawful directives and advisories issued and to be issued by appropriate government agencies to prevent further transmission of the COVID-19 and ensure the safety and well-being of their employees.

Executive Order No. 2020-095
An Executive Order designating the traffic management division, sidewalk clearing operations group, and bantay bayan of public order and safety group, task force disiplina, business permits and licensing office, city business audit team, and other relevant local government offices, with the assistance of the Philippine National Police- Valenzuela and the barangay, when necessary, to assist the office of the city mayor in implementing and enforcing Ordinance No. 673.

Executive Order No. 2020-098
An Executive Order encouraging and allowing individuals violating any COVID-19 related ordinance of the City to be of voluntary service to the community.

Executive Order No. 2020-099
An Executive Order creating the Valenzuela City Inter-agency task force for the management of emerging infectious disease.

Executive Order No. 2020-101
An Executive Order adopting and applying the Inter-agency task force for the management of emerging infectious disease Resolution No. 23 dated April 13, 2020 and omnibus guidelines on the implementation of community quarantine in the Philippines dated April 29,2020, as well as all relevant ordinances, resolutions, laws, protocols, guidelines and rules and regulations applicable to Valenzuela City residents returning either from outside metro manila or abroad, to be subject to mandatory COVID-19 testing and undergo mandatory 14-day quarantine at the isolation facility of the city, subject to the exceptions on authorized transit by permitted persons to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Executive Order No. 2020-102
An Executive Order designating traffic management division, sidewalk clearing operations group, and bantay bayan of the public order and safety group to be included as one of the offices to implement and enforce all COVID-19 related ordinances in this time of pandemic crisis and for other purposes.

Executive Order No. 2020-105
An Executive Order prohibiting visits to City Jails under Bureau of Jail Management and Penology, Bahay Kalinga and Bahay Pag-asa until Valenzuela City is placed under General Community Quarantine.
