Congressman REX Gatchalian (center) initiates the cutting of ribbon and unveiling of the building marker for the opening of 3S (Sentro ng Sama-samang Serbisyo) Center, July 28, 2022 together with his brother, Mayor WES Gatchalian (center-left), and Barangay Chairman Mario San Andres (center-right).
