As part of his First 100 Days Agenda, the new buildings offer solutions to the prevailing problems at the City Hall, such as parking space, capacity of cafeteria, and file storage facility. With its modern architecture and interior design, the buildings will have more underground parking spaces, a new 100-seater London-inspired cafeteria that can also be a venue for meetings, and a dedicated floor as a file storage area. These projects were made possible through the initiative of Senator WIN Gatchalian and are slated for completion in the 1st quarter of 2025.

Valenzuela City Mayor WES Gatchalian, together with finance offices department heads, the engineering department, and the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), officially groundbreaks for the new Php 295, 120,778.62 Finance Center as part of his First 100 Days Agenda, October 17, 2022. The six-storey building will have iconic architecture and interior design for the comfort of both the employees and the tax-paying constituents. With a total floor area of 11, 199.64 square meters, this project answers the problems faced by the employees in daily operations, such as storage, parking, and canteen. It features underground parking spaces with 91 car slots and 32 motorcycle slots, and a dedicated area for police vehicles. The topmost floor is allotted as a central file storage facility. It is expected to be completed in the 1st quarter of year 2025.

Valenzuela City Mayor WES Gatchalian leads the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the New Php 334,860,629.87 Legislative and People’s Center as part of his First 100 Days Agenda, October 17, 2022. The 10,279.65 square meters building shall become the future home of the Sangguniang Panglungsod ng Valenzuela. It will have the new Plenary Hall that’s comparable to the one in the Lower House. It will also house the new and better Valenzuela City Child Protection Center in aim of leveling up people-centric social services. As response to the need to modernize and raise the capacity of the existing canteen, the new building will have a 100-seater cafeteria which was designed to be also functional as meeting area for employees. This four-storey building, with a state of the art, and iconic architecture and interior design has two underground basement parking space with capacity of 66 car slots and 81 motorcycle slots. Senator WIN Gatchalian lobbied for the fund and target completion is in the first quarter of 2025.
