Commendation
Job Well Done
by: Kaye Magno

The City Government of Valenzuela commends Marlon Magalang from the Sidewalk Cleaning Operations Group, Traffic Enforcers, Jomar Rodolfo and Marcelino Macaya both from the Traffic Management Division for running after two shoplifters along M. H. Del Pilar, Malanday which resulted to apprehension of the two subject shoplifters on July 21, 2023. The suspects were later turned over to the police station for proper disposition. Along with these Valenzuelano heroes, is August David Jr., who helped save the life of a 14-year-old girl struggling with depression on October 5, 2023, by diving into Pasig River to save the victim from drowning.
