Mayor REX Gatchalian congratulates the stakeholders of the project. He hopes to see employment generation and better commercial relations among Metro Manila cities as the project is finished in 2016.

As a surprise treat of the MNTC, Ms. Universe 2013 3rd Runner-up Ariella Arida and Miss Supranational 2013 Mutya Johanna Datul brought awe to the audience when they came to join the ceremony.

DOTC Secretary Joseph Emilio Abaya graced the ceremony and reported that Philippine airports are also under revamp.

DPWH Secretary Rogelio Singson was also one of the guests who led the program.
