Pedicabs are being widely used for public transport in Valenzuela City. During the community quarantine, they are required to install transparent, DIY plastic barriers for physical distancing requirements wherein one (1) passenger is allowed. With the new city ordinance, they can now have two (2) passengers - one side passenger and one back-ride.
