The dream was made possible and complete with the partnership of different government sectors from National and Local, and Non-Government Organizations (NGOs), Disiplina Village Bignay became reality. The project has a total Land Area of 111, 293 sqm it is considered to be Philippines’ largest in-city housing resettlement project. There are a total of 104 three-storey buildings with a total of 3,702 loftable units.

Children from Disiplina Village-Bignay welcome its visitors with smiles as they are the part of City’s greater plans. Removing informal settlers in waterways and danger zones is the primary objective of the project and providing more liveable communities for every Valenzuelano. The project formally closes with the completion of Phase 5 with 15 buildings, 522 units that are to be occupied by the last batch of informal settler family beneficiaries.

The new and final phase of Disiplina Village Bignay will house Informal Settler Families (ISFS) that previously reside in danger zone areas. Relocating them will help them have a fresh start as the village tagline says “Bagong Bahay, Bagong Buhay”.
