Honoring Valenzuela City’s 401st Founding Anniversary, 40 Commemorative Manhole Covers were installed around the city, with existing manhole access points, symbolizing its rich 400 years of history and cultural heritage. Mayor WES also led the tour of the Siglos de Gracia Exhibit, located inside Casa de Polo.
