WHEN MINORS INVOLVED
Speaking before the media, police chief Rhoderrick Armamento, flanked by Mayor WIN and social welfare officer Dorothy Evangelista, said human trafficking of minors and having them engaged in the flesh trade can mete out with death penalty should the capital punishment wasn't abolished in the country.
