THE WAR ROOM
The 120-square-meter Command Center (VC-C3) at the City External Services Office (CESO) or Action Center compound will serve as the hub of the disaster management and crime prevention system of the city.
AUGMENTED VISIBILITY
VC-C3 has 10 TV screens showing images transmitted by 73 closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras installed throughout the city: 44 at major thoroughfares and 29 within the city hall complex.

BURN TESTING
According to Officer-in-charge Norman Ancheta, the center is still in its “burn test” period -- every equipment is tested to ensure best performance –and is expected to be fully-operational by July 15.
