SAFETY FIRST, SAFETY ALWAYS
As part of the 1st Disaster Preparedness Skills Olympics, 20 rescue teams showed off mastery in giving emergency care in the Basic First Aid Competition held on June 15, 2013 at the Social Hall of the City Government Complex.

For the CESO Category, the Traffic Management Division outperformed all others.

CHAMPION IN RESCUE BOAT RACE
At a speed timed at 3 minutes and 13 seconds, the Public Safety Division notched the first place in the Rescue Boat Competition under the CESO category.
