Then Mayor and now Congressman WIN Gatchalian leads barangay officials and 29 beneficiary families of Enrique Compound, Brgy. Palasan at the inauguration of the community streetlighting project "Pailaw sa Barangay".
LIGHTING UP LIVES
Not even a hard rain can stop Congressman WIN Gatchalian from giving "light" to the lives of fellow Valenzuelanos. At Enrique Compound, Brgy. Palasan, the former chief executive personally switched on seven streetlights covering almost 29 households.
