The Valenzuela City Hall framed by the Triumvirate monument, a sculpture of Katipunan's top three leaders led by Andres Bonifacio, Emilio Jacinto and local hero Dr. Pio Valenzuela. The city has been recognized both here and abroad for implementing lawful reforms in governance.
