INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO SUBMIT COMPARATIVE PROPOSAL FOR THE PROPOSED VALENZUELA CITY CENTER PROJECT
The City Government of Valenzuela, through its Bids and Awards Committee-Joint Venture Selection Committee (BAC-JV SC) invites interested Private Sector Proponent (PSP), to apply for eligibility and if found eligible and shortlisted, to submit comparative proposal for the hereunder listed project, to wit:

Pursuant to the unsolicited proposal submitted by MEGABUILD JPG DEVELOPMENT INC, all interested Private Sector Proponents (PSPs) must submit their Letter of Intent to Submit Comparative Proposal from October 20-27, 2014.
The Eligibility Documents of the aforesaid Joint Venture Project shall be available for issuance upon payment of a non-refundable fee of .5 of 1% of the Total Project Cost. Please inquire with the BAC JV-SC Secretariat at 3rd Floor, Executive Building, Valenzuela City Hall, Mac Arthur Highway, Valenzuela City.
The City Government of Valenzuela reserves the right to accept any proposal, and to annul any selection process and reject any proposal at any time prior to the project award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected private sector proponent /s and assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify the latter for any expenses incurred in the preparation of its proposal.
The BAC-Joint Venture Selection Committee reserves the right to cancel or postpone any of the scheduled dates with or without prior notice to prospective private sector proponents.
