INVITATION TO BID
The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela (PLV), through the City of Valenzuela’s Bids and Award Committee (BAC), invites interested persons, to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder listed project:
Project Name: Lease of 104.60 square meters rentable space at the PLV divided as follows:
- Unit A - Sixty Seven (67) square meter space; and
- Unit B - Thirty Seven and 60/100 (37.60) square meter space
Delivery Period : 30 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed
Prospective bidders should submit the following eligibility documents:
- DTI Registration / SEC Registration as the case may be.
- Valid and Current Mayor’s Permit/Municipal License.
- Latest Income and/or Business Tax Returns.

The City Government of Valenzuela reserves the right to accept any bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to the contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/s and assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify the latter for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their bids.
The Committee reserves the right to cancel or postpone the date of bidding with or without prior notice to prospective bidders.
