SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES:
Submission of Best and Final Offer : August 13, 2019; 1:00 PM
Please submit the following documents in a two (2) sealed envelope, properly labeled as Eligibility and Technical Requirement (Original) and Financial Proposal (Original) not later than 12:00 o'clock noon on August 13, 2019 at the Budget Office, 2/F Executive Building.
- Current Business Permit related to Trading, Buying Scrap or Junk Shop.
A non-refundable amount of Php 5,000.00 will be paid by the interested supplier to the Office of the City Treasurer from August 9 - August 12, 2019, from 8:00AM to 4:00PM and on August 13, 2019, up to 10:00AM only. Bid opening will be on August 13, 2019 at 1:00PM at the 3/F Conference Room (3B), Legislative Building, Karuhatan, Valenzuela City.
The City Government of Valenzuela reserves the right to accept any bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to the contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/s and assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify the latter for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their bids.
The Committee reserves the right to cancel or postpone the date of bidding with or without prior notice to prospective bidders.
