The bid opening of the above-mentioned projects is hereby postponed from February 27, 2020 to March 3, 2020 to further review the technical specification of the projects. Further, the issuance of bid docs is hereby extended up to March 3, 2020 until 10:00AM only.
This Supplemental Bid Bulletin No. 2020-002 is issued to modify or amend items in the Invitation to Bid.
