Issuance of bid docs is from Sept. 14 to 21, 2020 (8AM to 4PM), and on Sept. 22, 2020 up to 10:00AM.
In compliance with stringent measures and safety protocols relative to the prevention of spread of Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19), physical presence during Pre-Bid Conferences shall not be allowed in the meantime.
Accordingly, any and all queries regarding the foregoing projects should be sent to the BAC Secretariat either in writing or via e-mail at bacsecretariat@valenzuela.gov.ph which shall be discussed by the BAC during the Pre-Bid Conference. A written response thereto will be sent to the concerned supplier thereafter. This Supplemental Bid Bulletin No. 2020-014 is issued to modify or amend items in the Invitation to Bid.
