Issuance of bid docs is from Sept. 21 to Oct. 5, 2020 (8AM to 4PM), and on Oct. 6, 2020 up to 10AM.
In compliance with stringent measures and safety protocols relative to the prevention of spread of Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19), physical presence during Pre-Bid Conferences shall not be allowed in the meantime.
Accordingly, any and all queries regarding the foregoing projects should be sent to the BAC Secretariat either in writing or via e-mail at bacsecretariat@valenzuela.gov.ph which shall be discussed by the BAC during the Pre-Bid Conference. A written response thereto will be sent to the concerned supplier thereafter. This Supplemental Bid Bulletin No. 2020-016 is issued to modify or amend items in the Invitation to Bid.
