1. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE TYPEWRITTEN OR LEGIBLY HAND WRITTEN.
2. DELIVERY PERIOD IS WITHIN SIXTY (60) CALENDAR DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF NTP.
3. UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED, WARRANTY SHALL BE FOR A MINIMUM PERIOD OF THREE (3) MONTHS, IN THE CASE OF EXPENDABLE SUPPLIES, OR A MINIMUM OF ONE (1) YEAR, IN THE CASE OF NON-EXPENDABLE SUPPLIES, AFTER ACCEPTANCE BY THE PROCURING ENTITY OF THE DELIVERED SUPPLIES.
4. PRICE VALIDITY SHALL BE FOR A PERIOD OF ONE HUNDRED TWENTY (120) DAYS.

	One (1) year and 6 Months warranty shall be applied for parts and services.

	Special Requirements Official City of Valenzuela Logo should be Programmed in the Bios (displayed during system start-up) and wallpaper.
	Official City of Valenzuela Logo should appear at the back casing of the tablet PC and should be permanent and scratch-resistant.
	Casing should be customized to Chinese Red PANTONE 18-1663TCX   Specifications for Color and Logo shall be required for the samples during the sample’s evaluation.

	Warranty Support NOT in “end of life” as reflected in the current product line found in the manufacturer’s official website or official product brochure or similar literature and in the Manufacturer’s, Certificate issued for this purpose.
