The bid opening of the above-mentioned projects is hereby postponed from October 15, 2020 to October 20, 2020 to further review the technical specs of the projects. Further, the issuance of bid docs is extended up to 20 October 2020 until 10:00AM only.
This Supplemental Bid Bulletin No. 2020-028 is issued to modify or amend items in the Invitation to Bid.
