Issuance of bid docs only for item nos. 2 to 5 is from April 7 to 19, 2021 (8AM to 4PM), and on April 20, 2021 up to 10:00AM, while for item no. 1 is up to April 8, 2021 until 10:00AM;
In compliance with stringent measures and safety protocols relative to the prevention of spread of Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19), physical presence during pre-bid conferences and bid opening shall not be allowed in the meantime.
Accordingly, any and all queries regarding the foregoing projects should be sent to the BAC Secretariat either in writing or via e-mail at bacsecretariat@valenzuela.gov.ph which shall be discussed by the BAC during the Pre-Bid Conference. A written response thereto will be sent to the concerned supplier thereafter. For clarifications, you may contact the Bids and Awards Committee thru telephone number (02) 8-352-1000 local 1822 or email us at bacsecretariat@valenzuela.gov.ph.
This Supplemental Bid Bulletin No. 2021-011 is issued to modify or amend items in the Invitation to Bid.
