Deadline for submission of bid docs for item nos. 1 & 2 is up to September 21, 2021 - 12:00 NN; for item nos. 3 to 8 up to September 7, 2021 - 12:00NN; and for item nos. 9 & 10 up to September 14, 2021 – 12:00 NN.
In compliance with stringent measures and safety protocols relative to the prevention of spread of Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19), physical presence during Pre-Bid Conferences within the conference room shall not be allowed in the meantime but bidders may attend via video conference.
Bidders are also encourage to send any and all queries regarding the foregoing projects to the BAC Secretariat either in writing or via e-mail at bacsecretariat@valenzuela.gov.ph which shall be discussed by the BAC during the Pre-Bid Conference. A written response thereto will be sent to the concerned supplier thereafter. This Supplemental Bid Bulletin No. 2021-026 is issued to modify or amend items in the Invitation to Bid.
