The bid opening of the above-mentioned projects is hereby postponed from March 5, 2024 to March 12, 2024 to further review the technical specification and other requirement of the projects. Issuance of bid documents is hereby extended up to March 12, 2024 until 9:00AM only and deadline for submission thereof will be on March 12, 2024 at 10:00AM, BAC Office.
The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for item no. 2 (PRN-007) will be P13,618,340.00 and not P 13,660,340.00 as advertised in the Invitation to Bid due to exclusion of software (Toon Boom Harmony Premium 21 2d software and Flip Book 2d software) amounting to P42,000.00
This Supplemental Bid Bulletin No. 2024-029-A is issued to modify or amend items in the Invitation to Bid and Request for Quotation.
