The Approved Budget for the Contract was reduced due to exclusion of nano simulator and added railway electrical traction simulator instead based in the submitted revised purchase request by the end-user hence, the Request for Quotation will be revised accordingly.
This Supplemental Bid Bulletin No. 2024-043 is issued to modify or amend items in the Invitation to Bid and Request for Quotation.
