With the primary task of analyzing, investigating and providing necessary computations of real properties before assessment, the City Assessor’s Office counter checks the property owner’s name and tax declaration information such as floor area, kind of property and market value. The Office also prepares final sheets for undeclared properties and regularly conducts field inspections.
