The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela (PLV) is a city-funded institution of higher learning which offers undergraduate and graduate degree programs to the less fortunate but deserving students of the city.

ADMISSION INFORMATION.

To be eligible for admission to the undergraduate programs, all applicants must have a Weighted General Average of at least 80%.

All applicants are required to take the PLV College Admission Test (PLV-CAT) and the Interview.

Application for the PLV-CAT begins in January.
