As a token of gratitude for their efforts and sacrifices in maintaining the public order and safety in the City, EVO Helmets Philippines and NHK Revton Corp. Philippines, through the City Government of Valenzuela, donated and granted the Public Order and Safety Office (POSO) personnel with 80 helmets at CESO Action Center, January 16.
Prior to the said distribution of the headgears, NHK Revton Corp. Philippines donated 50 premium helmets on December 15, 2022, while EVO Helmets Philippines donated 30 helmets last December 19, 2022.
The accumulated 80 donated helmets were divided among the four units of POSO. All the pledged motorcycle equipment was allocated according to the quantity and needs of the staff of each unit.
Here follows the breakdown of the headgears:

Traffic Management Division (TMD) – 62 Helmets

Sidewalk Clearing Operations Group (SCOG) – 8 Helmets

Anti-Squatting Task Force (ASTF) – 7 Helmets

Task Force Disiplina (TFD) – 3 Helmets
Since they are on the frontlines dealing with the dangers of the road, POSO personnel must be equipped with the necessary protective gear. The helmets are of great help in guaranteeing the safety of emergency responders and law enforcement officers in the city.
Meanwhile, at the giving ceremony, Valenzuela City Mayor WES Gatchalian personally handed the donated helmets to the personnel.
Joining him were Vice Mayor Lorie Natividad-Borja, City Councilors Marlon Alejandro, Chiqui Carreon, Niña Lopez, Louie Nolasco, Ricar Enriquez, Mickey Pineda, Goyong Serrano, and Jonjon Bartolome, POSO Head Mr. Jose Valenzuela, and City External Services execs.
