Committed to making business transactions with the City Hall even faster, safer and contactless for its entire business community, the City Government of Valenzuela adds another online service to its Paspas Permit platform – one of the many upgrades that await Valenzuelano taxpayers this Christmas.

The online Zoning Process integration is the newest addition to the 3S Plus Valenzuela City Online Services or the Paspas Permit that can be accessed at
www.valenzuela.gov.ph.

With this new online service, taxpayers can now easily plot their business location in a user-friendly map interface. There will also be no need to upload one’s business location sketch or map for new business registration once street name, barangay name or coordinates of the business location have been inputted for searching. A pin can also be dropped on the exact business location for easy and accurate mapping.

Taxpayers can also be notified real-time if their line of business conforms to the allowed land use pursuant to City Ordinance No. 538, Series of 2019, or the Revised Zoning Ordinance of Valenzuela City. In a breeze, processing of business permit application can now swiftly proceed.

Unlike the usual procedure of personally filing for an appeal at the City Hall if the business location’s land use is non-conforming, the client can now be made aware of the next steps he or she will take to apply for an appeal through an undertaking and filling out an online Locational Clearance Application Form. The Zoning Office will then conduct a post-audit inspection of the business.

Hence, the ease of doing business with Valenzuela City is now even easier as this newest addition to the Paspas Permit system gradually integrates the entire end-to-end business application process without going to the City Hall to fall in line.

This integration is just one of the offerings of the City Government of Valenzuela for the business community this Christmas Season.

Stay tuned as Valenzuela City gifts its taxpayers with more surprises to welcome 2021!
