Hosted by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) at Novotel Manila, Quezon City, on October 28, 2024, this year’s ceremony celebrated the theme "Upholding Excellence in Local Governance Towards an Inclusive, Resilient, and Safe NCR."
