The newly-renovated Project AYOS! Center brings services of the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) closer and more convenient to Valenzuelanos this July 06, 2020, as the PSA Civil Registry System Valenzuela Outlet officially opens.  

It was on November 14, 2018 when the inauguration of Project AYOS! Center located on the 3^rd floor of the COMELEC Building, Old City Hall Compound in Barangay Malinta took place. With roots from the Task Force Project AYOS through Executive Order No. 153, Series of 2015, Project AYOS once rolled out caravans in different barangays in Valenzuela City offering legal and documentation assistance while working closely with the Local Civil Registry (LCR) and the PSA.

Primary services then offered by the center and the LCR include assistance on the copy issuance of birth, marriage and death certificates, late registration, court decrees, legal instruments, petitions for correction and marriage license.

Now with the PSA Valenzuela Outlet, services will now include authentication of CENODEATH, Viewable Online Documents for: Birth, marriage and death certificates, certificate request, and CENOMAR/CENODEATH, and DocPrint from Viewable of online documents and premium annotation. The aforementioned services will be fully integrated as soon as upgrades on the system are rolled out.

With this development, PSA requires the Valenzuela satellite to comply with its Civil Registry System modernization project along with its contractor, Unisys Public Sector Services (Unisys) Corporation. The computerization program of civil registry operations makes it easier for PSA to collect, access, store, maintain and manage civil registry documents and the specimen signatures of all city and municipal registrars.

This, together with the services of Valenzuela City 3S+ Online Services or the Paspas Permit, opens a faster “Ease of Doing Business” transactions with the national government.

The PSA Civil Registry System Valenzuela Outlet opens every Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Safety protocols are being observed inside and outside the building including checking of body temperatures and strict implementation of social distancing.
