The Museo ni Dr. Pio Valenzuela, an embodiment of historical significance and cultural heritage, has been officially accredited as a museum and gallery by the Department of Tourism, in accordance with Republic Act 9593 or "The Tourism Act of 2009". The accreditation was granted on September 18, 2023, marking a significant milestone in the preservation and promotion of the life, heroism, and patriotism of Dr. Pio Valenzuela.

The Museo ni Dr. Pio Valenzuela, located at Barangay Pariancillo Villa, Valenzuela City, was reconstructed and formally opened to the public last year. It symbolizes courage, leadership, and selfless service of Dr. Pio Valenzuela to the nation.

Initiated by the City Government of Valenzuela, the project received the trust of the Valenzuela family, who generously donated the lot to preserve the memory of Dr. Pio Valenzuela and restore the historical significance of their home. The reconstruction, initiated in 2021, culminated in a memorable inauguration ceremony on February 14, 2023.

The Museo ni Dr. Pio Valenzuela now represents the city's commitment to preserving its cultural, heritage, and historical roots.

Visitors can embark on a journey down memory lane, exploring the life and contributions of Dr. Pio Valenzuela through the display of his original tools, furniture, and other artifacts.

The accreditation by the Department of Tourism further solidifies the Museo ni Dr. Pio Valenzuela's position as a premier cultural and heritage destination in Valenzuela City. The City Government aims to provide more sightseeing spaces, allowing Pamilyang Valenzuelanos to connect with their historical roots.

The Museo ni Dr. Pio Valenzuela is open to the public from Tuesdays to Sundays, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Admission is free for all visitors. Groups of 20 persons and above can make museum tour reservations through piovalmuseum@gmail.com.
