Another facility was added on the multiple list of the built establishments in Valenzuela City, Local Chief Executive Mayor WES Gatchalian led the inauguration of the newly-built Filrezam Multi-purpose Hall, Barangay Canumay West, December 3.

Following the successive inauguration of the five Multi-purpose Halls Buildings recently – Barangay Canumay West (Sacred Heart Subdivision), Barangay Mabolo, Barangay Veinte Reales (C. Santiago), Barangay Dalandanan (A. Marcelo), Barangay Veinte Reales (Bartolome Subdivision) – Mayor WES officially opened the 160 square-meter Multi-purpose Building for Valenzuelano to have a place where they can have different activities without thinking about the expenses and the hassle of finding one.

The construction of the Filrezam Multi-purpose Hall which was funded during Mayor WES’ tenure as Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, is part of the projects of the Local Government of Valenzuela in ensuring that there will be enough public spaces and facility to be used for different activities, gatherings and meetings. This will house a covered Basketball Court, a Daycare Center responsible for the monitoring of the development of the children, the office for the Filrezam Subdivision Homeowner’s Association (FSHOA), and the and the Lupon Tagapamayapa Office.

Mayor WES went around the entire building to inspect and look what other facilities could be added that would help the public more. The staff of Barangay Canumay West toured with him while explaining the uses of each amenities.

On the other hand, in conjunction with the inauguration of the said hall is the continuation of the weekly #AlagangValenzuelano Medical Mission and Family Planning Service across the city.

Also gracing the ceremony were Barangay Canumay West Chairman Mario San Andres and Council, and Filrezam HOA Officers.
