Provisional sanitary permits of businesses and health certificates are the newest integration to Valenzuela City’s Paspas Permit, opening up the second Christmas gift surprise of the local government to the business community this year.

This newest addition to the 3S Plus Valenzuela City Online Services or the Paspas Permit can be accessed at
www.valenzuela.gov.ph.

Last December 11, the City Government of Valenzuela launched the integration of the Zoning process to the Paspas Permit system where business owners can plot their business location and get notified if their line of business conforms with the allowed land use or apply for an appeal online.

The issuance of the provisional Sanitary Permit can be viewed together with the provisional Business Permit. Business owners can download the permits and can start their business after online application. The business will be audited for checking of compliance and a routine inspection will also be conducted by the Sanitation Office to make sure that the business complies with PD 856 or the Sanitation Code of the Philippines.

Not only that, business owners can apply for the Health Certificates of their employees using the system. Employee details can easily be filled out in the online account information form, and then the user details of the employees can be provided for them to continue with the Seminar Participation Exam and schedule their Laboratory Appointments after.

The online application of the Health Certificate is not only limited to establishments but also to individuals working in the food industry, beauty parlors, barber shops and other similar establishments.

With its exemplary COVID-19 response, the City Government of Valenzuela not only aims to focus on the “now”, but the local government consistently comes up with long term solutions in the health and business sector – making sure to make City Hall transactions more efficient, more convenient, and safer for its taxpayers.

The City Government of Valenzuela has one (1) more surprise in store for its business community. Stay tuned as Valenzuela City gifts its taxpayers with more surprises to welcome 2021!
