The City Government of Valenzuela welcomes the new year’s biggest business permit renewal and tax payment season with the launch of several Business One-Stop Shops in the city, together with the extensive promotion for the use of Paspas Permit Online, January 3, 2023.

The city encourages all business entities and taxpayers to process their transactions online to ensure their safety, and to maximize the programs of the city that aims to lessen the hassle of going through manual transactions in the city hall.

Paspas Permit can be accessed online by visiting Valenzuela City's website at www.valenzuela.gov.ph  and by clicking the 3S Plus Valenzuela City Online Services button. New users can create their own accounts where they can transact variety of online services of the Business Permit and Licensing Office (BPLO), City Assessor's Office, City Treasurer's Office, Office of the Building Official (OBO), Local Civil RegistryCity Health Office, and City Zoning Office.

Taxpayers are encouraged to pay their taxes on time through the several means offered by the city to avoid the 25% surcharge and 2% interest on their fees. The following are the payment deadlines for the year 2023:

  • January 20, 2023 – First Quarter Deadline
  • April 20, 2023 – Second Quarter Deadline
  • July 20, 2023 – Third Quarter Deadline
  • October 20, 2023 – Fourth Quarter Deadline

Taxpayers who have no means of paying online can also pay their fees at several Business One-Stop Shops (BOSS) located in different areas across the city with the following schedules:

January 3 – 6, 9 – 13, 16 – 20, 2023 from 8:00AM to 5:00PM

January 7 and 14 (Saturdays) from 8:00AM to 2:00PM

  • ALERT Center Multipurpose Hall (for taxpayers from Barangays Arkong Bato, Palasan, Pulo, Poblacion, Pariancillo Villa, Balangkas, Isla, Bisig, Tagalag, Mabolo, Coloong, Dalandanan, Malanday, Pasolo, Rincon, Malinta, Veinte Reales, and Wawang Pulo)
  • 3S Center Ugong (for taxpayers from Barangays Ugong, Mapulang Lupa, and Bagbaguin)
  • 3S Center Punturin (for taxpayers from Barangays Punturin, Bignay, Lawang Bato, and Canumay East)
  • 3S Center Karuhatan (for taxpayers from Barangay Karuhatan)
  • 3S Center Gen. T. De Leon (for taxpayers from Barangay Gen. T. De Leon)
  • 3S Center Marulas (for taxpayers from Barangay Marulas)
  • 3S Center Canumay West (for taxpayers from Barangays Canumay West, Maysan, Paso De Blas, Parada, and Lingunan)

Corporations in the city are also reminded to use the Paspas Permit as mandated by City Ordinance No. 726, Series of 2020, or the “Mandatory Use of Paspas Permit System for Corporations Ordinance"

The City Government of Valenzuela will continue to pursue programs that will ease the transactions of all the business entities in the city to maintain its reputation of being a business-friendly city.
