The City Government of Valenzuela, under the leadership of Mayor WES Gatchalian, welcomes the new year’s business renewal and tax payment season with the opening of several Business One-Stop Shops (BOSS) throughout the city. The initiative coincides with the intensive promotion of the Paspas Permit, January 2, 2024.

The city strongly encourages all business entities and taxpayers to take advantage of the city’s online payment platforms designed to streamline processes and reduce the inconvenience of manual transactions at the City Hall. 

Paspas Permit Online can be accessed conveniently through the Valenzuela City website at www.valenzuela.gov.ph. By clicking on the 3S Plus Valenzuela City Online Services button, users, both new and existing, can create accounts, pay taxes, and engage in various online services provided by the Business Permit and Licensing Office (BPLO), City Assessor's Office, City Treasurer's Office, Office of the Building Official (OBO), Local Civil Registry, City Health Office, and City Zoning Office. Land Use Verification can also be done online.

Taxpayers are urged to meet payment deadlines to avoid a 25% surcharge and 2% interest on fees. The following deadlines apply for the year 2024:

• January 20, 2024 – First Quarter Deadline

• April 20, 2024 – Second Quarter Deadline

• July 20, 2024 – Third Quarter Deadline

• October 20, 2024 – Fourth Quarter Deadline

For those who prefer in-person payments, Business One-Stop Shops (BOSS) are conveniently located across the city with the following schedules:

• January 2 – 5, 8 – 12, 15 – 19, 2024, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• January 6, 13, and 20, 2024 (Saturdays), from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Locations include the ALERT Center Multipurpose Center Hall in Barangay Malinta, 3S Center Ugong, 3S Center Punturin, 3S Center Karuhatan, 3S Center Gen. T. De Leon, 3S Center Marulas, and 3S Center Canumay West.

Corporations in the city are reminded to comply with City Ordinance No. 726, Series of 2020, or the "Mandatory Use of Paspas Permit System for Corporations Ordinance".
