The City Government of Valenzuela, led by Mayor WES Gatchalian and in collaboration with the 9th City Council, has enacted Ordinance No. 1251, Series of 2025, to extend the deadline for renewing business permits, both manual and online. Initially set for January 20, 2025, the new deadline is now January 31, 2025.

This ordinance is designed to ease the renewal process for local businesses by providing additional time and promoting a hassle-free experience. Business owners are strongly encouraged to use the efficient and secure Paspas Permit Online service for their transactions. For those unable to pay online, sole proprietors can visit the nearest Business One-Stop Shop (BOSS) to complete their renewal.

The Business One-Stop Shops will operate during the extension period on the following schedule:

  • January 21-24, 27-31, 2025 (Weekdays): 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  • January 25, 2025 (Saturday): 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

BOSS locations include:

  • ALERT Center Multipurpose Hall in Barangay Malinta

  • 3S Center Ugong

  • 3S Center Punturin

  • 3S Center Karuhatan

  • 3S Center Gen. T. De Leon

  • 3S Center Marulas

  • 3S Center Canumay West

Taxpayers are reminded to settle their obligations on time to avoid penalties, including a 25% surcharge and 2% monthly interest on unpaid fees.

This extension highlights Valenzuela City's dedication to supporting its local business community through flexible solutions and modern innovations. By renewing permits online, business owners can enjoy a smoother and more efficient process while contributing to the city's progressive digitalization initiatives.
